“Christmas in Concord” is available to download!
My brand-new novelette, Christmas in Concord, is now ready to download! I am so thrilled to share this story with my readers. I wrote this retelling in honor of the 150th anniversary of Louisa May Alcott’s classic novel “Little Women”, and it’s just in time for the holidays!
I’ve always been fond of the concept of retellings, and I was excited to hit upon this idea. I hope you enjoy reading it! 🙂
Set in 1944 Massachusetts, “Christmas in Concord” tells the story of an unforgettable holiday on the home front. When Isabel May and her three sisters are uprooted from their beloved home just before Christmas, they aren’t sure what to expect. However, Isabel soon finds herself busy tutoring a lonely little girl, befriending the gregarious boy next door, and catching the attention of the delightfully old-fashioned Jack Rivers. But when her best-laid plans begin to unravel, can Isabel find a way to make their first Christmas in Concord a success after all?
